間接蒸發冷卻數據中心余熱利用技術應用分析
Application research on waste heat utilization technology in data centers using indirect evaporative cooling technology
摘要:
針對現有采用間接蒸發冷卻的數據中心輔助區和支持區冬季供暖存在的不節能、運行成本高、無法回收機房余熱等問題,提出了3種不同的余熱利用方案,分別為間接蒸發冷卻空調機組回風段設置換熱單元回收機房余熱、利用空氣循環處理機組(AHU)回收機房余熱、利用間接蒸發冷卻空調機組輔助壓縮機直接供熱;并介紹了3種方案的余熱回收系統設計、控制邏輯、適用場景及優缺點。以某數據中心為例,從設備選型、初投資、運行耗電量、運行成本幾方面進行了方案分析,為該類數據中心的余熱回收系統設計提供了參考和解決方案。
Abstract:
Based on the problems such as no energy saving, high operating cost and no recovery of waste heat in winter heating of auxiliary and support areas in data centers using indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning units, three different waste heat utilization schemes are put forward. The three schemes are to set the heat exchange units to recover the waste heat in the return air sections of the indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning units, recycle the waste heat with the air handling units, and direct heating by auxiliary compressor of the indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning units. The design, control logic, application scenarios, advantages and disadvantages of each waste heat utilization scheme are introduced. A data center is taken as an example, and the equipment selection, initial investment, operating power consumption, operating cost and so on are analysed. This paper provides a reference and solution for the design of waste heat utilization system in this kind of data centers.
